When you use Tupori, you choose what to store: accounts, bills, vendors, loans, credit information, and documents you upload to your Lock Boxes. We collect the information needed to run your membership, such as your name, email address, and subscription status.

We do not ask for, and do not want, your bank account credentials. Payment details are handled by our payment processor — Tupori never sees your full card number.

Tupori takes every precaution to protect user data. We deploy various technologies aimed at data protection, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict per-user access controls so no member can ever see another member's information, and passcode-protected private storage for sensitive documents.

Sensitive documents uploaded to a Lock Box are stored privately and can only be retrieved with your passcode through time-limited, signed access links.

We constantly monitor our systems, watching for unauthorized activity. Suspicious access patterns, failed authentication attempts, and anomalous behavior are reviewed so we can respond quickly and keep your information safe.

Security is never finished. We continuously improve our security as new threats are introduced to the industry — regularly updating our defenses, reviewing our practices, and adopting stronger protections as they become available.

Your financial information belongs to you. You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app. If you cancel your membership, your data is retained for 90 days and then removed, so you can return without losing anything.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share your financial data with advertisers.
